Its been a sad last two days…..back at work after another succesful MB2K challenge…MB2K3 had a lot of memorable moments for the group consisting of humps, snacks, wrong turn and hiv……..lets recap:

Course we will go back to: MB North - Just a pretty place, picture-esque location, and really tough….

Course we will not go back to: Wicked Stick - Its easy, Greg’s shitty 39 on the front proved that…but for some reason, it just wasnt fun…..ask Bob about that one……..

Miss MB2K3 - Bob’s chick from the burgh…The same flight there and back…Just a stunning beauty…her only flaw was her dorky husband…and i digress in
sadness…….runner-up: the old women from karoake

MIP - Pete - a 2nd place finish for the perrenial most improved player…..shot 56 strokes better than last year……..

MVP - Neil/Greg - Neil is back to back champion but Greg, or Willis as he should be called, showed true grit in fighting off a lasting cold that he obviously got from Pete before the trip (ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww)…if it weren’t for the first round it would have been a very close finish…….

Coaches Award - Bob - Bob could have packed it in after Sunday but he came to play Monday and almost got his 99 at the hardest course we played………

10. Greg’s 42 putts at Kings North - The 1 putt king was the 3 putt king the last day…..nothing would fall….

9. Saturday’s 3 John Death - Johnny Cash, John Ritter and the toilet in mine and bobs room the day after the Stuffed Shrimp Embrochette….sadness……

8. Bob’s 63 thru 9 at Wicked Stick - Speaks for itself…

7. The Whiff Pt 2. - Greg’s miss of the 8 ball at the bar Friday night to seal a victory……..

6. The Whiff Pt 1. - Neil’s miss of the ball in the high stuff at 18 on Friday………

5. Pete’s attacker on the flight home - SON….should have been an ass whoopin…..

4. The Girls of MB2K3 - Where did they all go??? What happened? There were so many last year I had to cut a few out……props to Northa for a 2nd straight appearance…….

3. Homo Sexual Humor - Greg and Pete vs Bob and Neil….Bob went way over the line and then Neil drew another one….booooooooooooooooooooo

2. The drive to the wizard year 2 - Blue Heron golf club???? socastee????? THE WIZARD IS OFF OF 501!!!!!

8. 2nd hole at Heathland - 4 fairways…a nice way to start the tourney…..petes application to the birdie club being accepted…and the second of gregs MB2K record 40 fairways…….

7. Firehouse subs - puts subway to shame….the meatball subs were the bomb…….a hidden jewel of MB…

6. Bob’s 2 chip-ins - the first two chip-ins of MB2K….a couple of 0 putts on his way to a MB2K3 best
131 putts……

5. Pete four rounds under 100 - 2 99’s and 2 97’s on his way to a 2nd place finish…..

4. Greg’s round at the Wizard - MB2K record 85, 26 putts including 10 on the front……

3. Neil’s 2 birdies in 3 holes at Kings North - solidified the back-to-back championships…..1 long putt and then the PW to 5 feet…..

2. Texas Hold em - The official card game of MB2K3…checkers, chess pieces and bottle caps, bob beating pic on the river countless times……

1. Golf/Weather - Another great 4 rounds of Myrtle Beach golf…and we picked the right weekend to do it….a week earlier: rain…a week after:
isabel…..and its so much better than working……
